Simply bursting with bobbly texture, it works up quickly in the round, beginning with a tubular cast on and finishes with a frivolously fun yarn and tulle pom pom and tulle accents. Wear it loose and slouchy or flip up the brim for a snugger fit and a bit more warmth around the ears.
