Adelis

Adelis is a colourwork yoke worked from the top down with a geometric pattern and striped ribbed details. With short rows on the back neck, adjustable lengths and customizable colour placement, it's an acessible project which can showcase minimalist colour choices as well as more striking ones. The pattern provides two contrasts for the Chart, making the stranded knitting more intuitive. Techniques used : Top down yoke sweater knitted in the round Stranded knitting with two colours per round and few floats to catch German short rows for the back of the neck Simple increases and decreases Half twisted ribbing in 3 colour stripes Straight body and sleeves 2 cuffs : loose straight cuff (as shown on sample) or smaller gathered cuff Pattern includes charted instructions
