This cowl came about this past summer. The school no longer encourages scarves in the winter as they’re “choking hazards”. A few years ago one of the mom’s made polar fleece neck warmers for all the kids. Aidan was so attached to his and then unfortunately lost it. He asked, “Mummy make?”. Now, Aidan may be Autistic, but he has quite high standards. It had to be “so, so, so, so, soft”. It had to have “lines up. down.” for decoration. It had to be “no tight”, but for Mummy’s well being, it also had to be warm. Oh! And it had to be blue… kinda…. We put our heads together and this is what we came up with.
