Alba shawl is a contemporary triangular shawl featuring a lace and cable panel surrounded by classic garter stitch.
You start knitting with just a few stitches at the right tip, then work your way accross to the left edge, creating the asymmetrical triangular shape.
MATERIALS :
- 645 yds / 590 m DK weight yarn. Sample shown in Drops Lima.
- 1 circular needle size 5mm (US 8)
- 1 circular needle size 5,5 mm (US 9)

The pattern includes both fully written and charted instructions so you can choose which you prefer to work from.
GAUGE : 21 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette.
