This neckwarmer is a great alternative to a scarf for children, pulling on easily over the head, and no trailing ends.
All 3 pieces (neckwarmer, hat, beret) are made in one piece in the round, with 2 cable options available for each. The neckwarmer is made from the neck opening down, and finished with either a plain, knit picot, or crochet crab stitch edging. The neckwarmer is made in 4 sizes, with 2 sizes available for the beret & hat.
Cable stitches are charted as well as written.
Sizes: 1-2 (2-4, 4-6, 6-8) years.
Needles: Circular 3.50mm (US 4) & 4.00mm (US 6) , DPN 4.00mm (US 6) to close beret, plus cable needle.
Yarn: DK; For neckwarmer 50g x 2 balls (all sizes), for beret 50g x 2 balls (all sizes), for hat 50g x 2 balls (all sizes, more if adding pompom)
