Amazing Basketweave Scarf

The yarn does all the work in this simple basketweave scarf. You can substitute other color changing yarns, and it looks great in solid colors too. I would select tonal, hand-dyed type yarns rather than a variegated for the best effect.

Deciding on the hook size to use will be personal preference. The Amazing yarn with its fuzzy halo made a soft, drapey scarf with a large hook. The sample in the pattern showed a much smaller hook, but the solid color yarn made the stitches well-defined. The choice is yours.
