Written instructions using US terms, includes chart to convert into UK terms. Photographs use throughout.
This pattern can be made with any yarn size. The yarn size you choose will determine the size of your finished reindeer. Keep to the same size yarn for each colour. As a guide, using DK yarn with 4mm hook will produce a reindeer approximately 12cm tall including the antlers. Using UK chunky yarn and 5mm hook produced a reindeer approximately 17cm tall. Choose safety eye sizes suited to your chosen yarn.
You will need: Dark Brown, Light Brown, Cream/Beige yarn - less than 50g used of each colour, Black, Red or Brown yarn for details - small amount, A pair of safety eyes, Toy stuffing (polyester fibre filling), Yarn needle and scissors.
