Materials Worsted weight yarn in yellow and white DK weight yarn in orange 4mm hook 3.5mm hook Yarn needle 2 6mm safety eyes or alternative Fibrefill or yarn scraps to stuff
Abbreviations Ch = Chain Hdc = Half double crochet Hk = Hook Invscdec = Invisible single crochet decrease Sc = Single crochet Sl st = Slip stitch St(s) = Stitch(es) Ww = Worsted weight
Finished Measurements Chick: 3 inches tall, 9 inches around. Beak: 5/8 of an inch from back to front Shell: 4 inches from side to side across bottom
