This pattern is for a cute small stuffed Amanita muscaria more commonly known as the fly agaric or typical fairytale “toadstool”! It is the perfect cosy fall pattern to knit up in between larger projects. He measures in at approximately 8.5-9 inches tall and makes a perfect addition to any whimsical or witchy cottage-core themed home or nursery.
This pattern is worked in the round with a set of 3.75mm double-pointed needles in parts. One piece is knit flat. All pieces are sewn together at the end. It does not require a lot of yarn, making it a great project to use up leftover skeins! I used some leftover Loops and Threads Impeccable yarn in the colour Aran and some Red Heart Super Saver yarn in the colour Cherry Red, but you can use any worsted weight yarn.
