elastic cast-on and cast-off, work in the round, k, p, ability to read the colour chart.

Suggestions on the size alterations:

To make the warmers longer / shorter, knit more / less rows of the pattern as suggested in the instructions. Don't forget to follow the colour chart!

To alter the circumference of the warmers, either go up or down one or two needle sizes or knit as many repeats as you need to achieve the intended circumference.
