Sample used Brava Worsted in Heather. Paintbox Simply Aran would be a great alternative.

Crochet Hook: Size I/9 (5.50 mm)

Gauge: Rounds 1 – 3 (star) = 3 ½” across

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner: Worked in the round, as well as changes from a circle to a square.

Notes: Square begins as a circle and then, by working different height stitches, you change the circle to a star, and then a square. Finished square should be 8 ½” across; sample was blocked to 9”.
