AUGUSTA is a beautiful and useful jumper. The lace pattern is enjoyable to work and not at all difficult. The execution is detailed described in the written pattern with charts. One has to know how to knit and purl and picking up stitches along the neck. The sleeves are set-in sleeves. Worked flat. 2 circular needles double pointed needles for the neck band.

Materia used by usl: our ALCAMO, 100 % Egyptian cotton, 3 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 balls. 1 ball = 100 g - 250 meters - (3½ oz - yardage: 71 yds per oz).
Needles: no 2½ mm and 3 mm.
Tension/gauge in pattern: 23 sts on needles no 3 mm = 10 cm (4 in).
