Autumn in the Highlands Chunky Tunisian Cable Shawl

There is absolutely nothing on earth I love more than a traditional big chunky cable, but I am not overly fond of knitting. Enter Tunisian crochet to the rescue! This oversized chunky shawl is warm, elegant and if you know how to do Tunisian cables, very easy to make. The design includes twisted fringe on either end, but you can forgo adding it if you want to. The completed shawl measures 97 inches from end to end before adding the fringe, and 20 inches wide. The length is completely customizable simply by adding or eliminating repeats of the 12 step pattern.
