Sizes Newborn - 6mths, 6 - 12mths and 1yr - 18mths. Instructions are included for using two needles and for knitting in the round with a circular needle.
The headband part is beginner level, the flower requires a bit more knitting knowledge, but YouTube is fantastic on finding videos of new stitches.
Sample for the pattern was knitted in Touch Yarns 4ply NZ Merino Randoms 100g, Shade #204
