These thumbless sweetheart mittens use less than half a skein of any fingering yarn or baby yarn. Try using alpaca or angora for an even softer and warmer mitten!

For the very smallest mittens, use a Size one needle and fingering yarn. This is a great pattern for using up odd bits of fingering yarns.

You'll need two colors that contrast well, and four double-pointed needles.
