Keep your pretty little girl's head warm with this very pretty hat. Would also make a lovely gift for a newborn.
Made with double knit yarn on 4mm needles. One 50g ball for the main colour and one 50g ball in a contrast colour for the cable trim and rose.
The cable trim is worked separately in two colours, then the main body of the hat is worked by picking up stitches along the length of the trim.
This is not suitalbe for a knitting novice, but the simple four stitch cable would be suitable for someone new to cable knitting.
