Knit up then sew on when hat is done. This is knit on 2 needles, back and forth, so no double points here! Just sew up a small back seam when finished. Uses scraps of sport weight yarns, knitting needles, 1 pair each # 1 and # 3. The needle sizes make the fabric dense for more warmth and stability of hat.
