BALTIC SEA BEACH's stunning sunburst design is inspired by the embroidery technique of bargello, which uses carefully placed parallel stitches to create intricate motifs. The shawl's zig-zagged stripes are made by working increases and decreases to form acute and obtuse angles – even the sharpest of which are softened by the shawl's soft round edging.
