Crochet pattern for a whole banana and empty banana peel.
The banana is worked end to end (rather than in the round) to create a realistic look to the banana skin.
For an approximately life-sized banana (16cm or 6.25") you will need:
-- 27m (30yards) of double-knitting (DK, light worsted weight, Category 3) yarn in yellow.
-- 1.5m (2yards) of double-knitting (DK, light worsted weight, Category 3) yarn in brown.
