Barbara's Beaded and Lace Long Wingspan Shawlette

This is a listing for a pattern for a very "long wingspan" crescent shaped shawlette. The bottom of the shawlette is enhanced by beads, and there are two different lace patterns contained within the pattern. The lace follows the line of the crescent shaped shawlette. The shawlette is 68 inches wide, and 18 inches at the deepest point. This generous wingspan provides you with many wearing options. It will certainly become one of the most versatile garments in your closet, so you can be sure that it will be worn (and admired) often. If you haven't tried bead knitting, but would like to, this would be an ideal pattern, as all the beading is contained in the first row. The shawlette can also be knit without the beadwork, should you prefer it that way. There are two ways to do the bead knitting contained within the pattern. The lace stitches are both charted and written out line by line. Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting).
