Basic Crochet Socks

This basic socks tutorial includes an almost 2 hours video, where I show you how to crochet a complete sock, stitch by stitch and the written description row by row.

Techniques used: Slip stitch, yarn over slip stitch, increases and decreases, short rows.

YARN for sizes: XS - XXL

Wollfabrik, wool mix : 60% extra fine merino wool y 40% acrylic microfiber; 1,8 oz/ 50 gr. = 202 yds/185 m; QUANTITY for sizes: XS – 2,3 oz/ 65 gr; XXL - 3,5 oz / 100 gr.

or any yarn with similar characteristics: 1,8 oz/ 50 gr. = 200-230 yds/185- 210 m.

*** It is best to use a mix of natural wool with a part of synthetic fiber or any mix that retains the shape of the elastic stitch well.
