At the end of the pattern I have included some instructions for the chainless DC. However it may be easier for you to Google and find a video on how to get it completed. The pattern is considered expert because of the chainless DC and the Front post stitches and where the edges are kinda rough and it is required to work in the edges to get the leg trim.

Pattern also use a Magic Circle

SIZE: Newborn-3month Waist Size 18”

GAUGE: For Bottom Dc stitch used for gauge 15 St x 8 Rows = 4”

Double Crochet used for gauge

MATERIALS: F Hook 2 oz Brown 3 weight Light Yarn Small amount of White for eyes Scraps of black for eyes, nose and mouth Yarn Needle Some straight pins to hold your face in place while you sew (I used I Love this Yarn from Hobby Lobby )
