This is an original pattern for a colourful crocheted double thickness potholder with Benjamin Bunny on the front. The reverse is plain pink, and both thicknesses are joined by a double row of crochet in pink and blue.
I have recommended 100% cotton yarn, making it safe to stand warm dishes on, and to protect your hands from burns. Measures 7.5” x 8” (19cm x 20.5cm)) plus the hanging loop at the top.
The potholder takes less than 100gr of yarn in total and the stitches used are sl st., single crochet, half double crochet, single decrease over 2 and 3 stitches. Full instructions for these stitches are included in the pattern.
