This lace shawl was inspired by a traditional Shetland lace stitch called 'Bird's Eye', but unlike Shetland lace shawls, it knits up quickly with bulky yarn on large needles.

Yarn: 520m/567yards of DK or Worsted weight yarn.

Gauge: 12 sts & 20 rows = 10cm/4" in Stockinette Stitch with 6.00mm needle after blocking. The Gauge is not crucial to this design, but still matters to the yardage.
