Designed and knitted for a party with a theme - "Black & White".
There are in fact two patterns – the “Black & White”-version and a “one-color”-version. The “Black & White”-version is knitted top down with only two seams – one in front and one in back. The “one color”-version is knitted top down with no seems at all.
The pattern is tested with the following yarns: Schoppel-Wolle Osiris Wollmeise 100 % Noro Ganpi Abaka Teipu
Yarn amount:
- Osiris: 150 (150 / 150 / 200 / 200) g (of each color) or 300 (300 / 300 / 400 / 400) in just one color for the “one-color”-version
or
- Wollmeise 100 % : 700 (750/850/1000/1100) yd (180 (190/230/260/280) g)
or
- Noro Ganpi Abaka Teipu: 3 (4/4/5/5) skeins
This pattern is worked seamlessly from top-down using the contiguous sleeve method developed by Susie Myers, (“SusieM” on Ravelry) .
