An eye-catching design that works well in bold colours, this stranded colourwork cover is easy to knit and works up quickly. The reverse of the pillow is knit in the background colour and has an overlapping edge with a ribbed design. This works well with cushions that are about 16” x 16”.
This pattern requires 5mm needles, 2 skeins of worsted weight background color and 1 skein of foreground color (based on 180m per skein), and a stitching needle and buttons for reverse of pillow.
Pattern is available in Spanish and English.
The sample was made with worsted weight yarn. A suggested yarn is shown below.
