Knitted Knockers are breast forms for women who have had a mastectomy. They are made by caring volunteers and given away free. Thousands are given away monthly all over the world.
These are the approved knit and crochet patterns for distribution by Knitted Knockers Support Foundation aka KnittedKnockers org. This packet has a list of approved yarns and instructions on how to distribute your knockers. It also includes mailing labels and care instructions. Other groups may use different patterns.
Feel free to use these patterns for personal use or for free distribution. They are not to be used to sell knockers.
