Sizes included are XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL. Instructions are also included on how to make any size (specific to YOUR body) in any hook size and any weight yarn.
There are photos included throughout the pattern to help you along the way and keep it as simple as possible.

approx. 800m - 1100m size 4 (aran/worsted weight) yarn (depending on size you make, details are included)
6mm crochet hook / size needed to obtain gauge
