Brownsea Island is an asymmetric shawl, knit in relaxing garter stitch with an eyelet and garter border. Knit using 2 skeins of fingering/4ply weight yarn, keep knitting until all the yarn is used up.
Yarn
Fingering/4ply yarn: 2 x 100g (approx 400m each), 1 of each colour
Or yarn of your choice and larger needles than stated on the ball band to produce a loose gauge
Needles and Notions
Size US 4 / 3.5 mm circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge (approx length 32” / 80cm recommended)
