I've got my cable needle out this week and designed some simple cable knitting patterns for you to try. This is my Cable Beanie Hat and it really is an elegant and stylish face hugging beanie with a double thickness inward turned up brim for extra warmth. I chose Jaeger Aqua but you can use any dk of your choice. Some cable patterns are a nightmare to work and demand 100% concentration but I have designed a cable pattern where you only use your cable needle every 4th row and the other 3 rows are really incredibly simple.The knitting pattern provides instructions for 4 sizes XS,S,M & L so can be made for anyone from babies to adults.more cable designs are on the way so keep a lookout.
