The pattern only says to use a heavy worsted wt. yarn. The recommended yarn is an example of the type of yarn used. Knit on circulars.
Notes: This pattern can be done in 4.5 st. in, go to Dotchie's projects and see her alterations. I used only a size 6 circular to get 4.5 and used Jo Sharp Silkroad Aran, & used a little less than 2 balls.
