A pair of simple toe up socks but at the same time with a front worked with a combination of knit and purl stitches that keeps it interesting. On the front panel I tried to translate my vision of a fire on the beach or in the mountains during a camping into a knitted fabric.

MaterialsSchachenmayr Regia Premium Merino Yak 4 ply (100 g/3.5 oz, 400 m/437 yds, 58% wool /28% polyammide / 14% yak): approx 65 (70, 80, 85) gr, 260 (280, 320, 340) mt of fingering yarn, col. 07506. Needles: 2.5 mm US 1 circular needles with a 80 cm 32” cable long or longer, or a dpns set. Other: 1 stitch marker for the BOR, 2 optionals stitch markers for to mark the beginning and the end of the Chart, tapestry needle, scissors.
