Carol’s frequency uses frequent short row turns with a technique called “Knit the Turn” that eliminates the need for wraps at each turn. This allows you to move quickly creating waves of color that shift as you move through this captivating pattern.
The pattern allows you to shorten or lengthen the shawl as you prefer which means you can use slightly less or more of the yarn you have available to you. However a yarn that changes color independently over 2 plys is suggested to achieve the color-shifting effect.
Gauge is 11 stitches and 15 rows for 2 inches of stockinette stitch with 3.25mm needles.
