The back and front are knit separately, so where the colors end on the back, they begin on the front, then on each sleeve in turn.

And instead of buying a second set of cakes for sizes 3XL and 4XL, a single skein in a coordinating color (used for the ribbing) will minimize the amount of yarn left over.
