This pattern is of confident beginner difficulty.
The hat is worked in the round, with a 2x2 rib. The cable pattern is charted, and worked until decreases for the crown, which are also charted.
The hat is designed to be a fairly close fit, but you can size up, and work beyond the given lengths, if you prefer a looser fit.
Sizes: To fit head circ. approx. 53 (57, 61) cm
Needles: Circular 3.50mm (US 4) (for rib), 4.00mm, plus DPNs 4.0mm (US 6), cable needle
