The cardigan is beginner skill level, the leggings intermediate skill level (use of short rows and working in round).
Please note: Both patterns are available separately if you do not wish to purchase both.
The cardigan is worked bottom up, in one piece, back and forth, then divided at the armholes for fronts and back to be worked separately. Raglan sleeves worked flat and sewn in. Cuffs & collar are worked in twisted rib, with button bands worked with body in garter stitch.
The leggings are worked bottom up in the round, then joined at the crotch. Short rows are worked across the seat to create rise.
A deep rib waistband is worked, to be turned over & hemmed, with elastic inserted.
Ankle cuffs & waistband worked in twisted rib.
The feather cable stitch pattern is charted.
Sizes: Cardigan: 0-3m (3-6m, 6-12m, 1-2yrs, 2-4yrs, 4-6yrs) Leggings: 1-2yrs (2-4yrs, 4-6yrs)

Needles: 3.50mm (US 4) & 4.00mm (US 6) plus cable needle.
