Charm from 40ths is asymmetrical felted hat.

Felted hats have been in style since they have been invented. The knitters are the lucky people – because the knitted felted hats require the easiest process to make them.
It could be a good project for the beginner to take the next step up in knitting. For advanced knitter, who never made anything felted, it would be something new to learn. (Knitters of any level never stop learning).

This particular hat is made in asymmetrical shape and could be worn different ways to the taste of the person (wide part of the brim - on a side or in a front).

Pattern requires 300 - 320 yards of worsted weight yarn. It has to be 100% of natural yarn (wool, alpaca etc). Cascade Yarns 220 was used for this particular example.
