It's snowing on the other side of the window and even if I dream very intensely of becoming a bear for the whole winter, I'd still have to go out at some point. In order to cheer me up, I gathered all of my favorite elements to create Cheering Hat - a nice slipped stitch pattern, ribbing, icords, and the best of all, pom poms!
Notes: The smaller needles are meant to knit the i-cords. US 0-3 will work fine.
