You'll need between 70 and 120 yards of main colour and no more than 20 yards of the contrasting colours.
(I used exactly 1 ball of Cashmerino yarn to make the main part of the largest size hat, so you may wish to get a second ball just to be safe.)
✪ Needles/Hook: 4mm (G USA) 4.5mm (closest is H USA)
✪ You’ll also need: Yarn needle Small piece of felt Sewing needle and thread Seed beads or similar
✪ Size: 1-2 years: 38cm (15”) 2-5 years: 43cm (17”) 5-12 years: 48cm (19”) 12+ years: 55cm (22”)
✪ Gauge: 18 sts by 9 rows = 10cm (4”)
✪ Other Notes: Worked in the round with edging detail and a pretty decorative cherry. A shawl, scarf and mitt pattern is also available:
