They are perfect for a gift to a newborn baby or for a Christmas outfit.
Skills level: intermediate.
You should know the basic stitches: chain slip stitch,half double crochet, single crochet stitch (double crochet for UK), treble crochet (2 yarns over the hook) (double treble crochet for UK).
Don’t worry if you don’t remember some stitches, the pattern includes detailed photo and video links on working the ribbing and the main pattern.
Yarn. For Christmas pants I used Baby cotton YarnArt yarn. Fingering (14 wpi), 180 yards (165 meters), 50% Cotton, 50% Acrylic. Crochet hook sizes 3mm and 3.5mm. Blue color- №459, Red-№427, White-№400.
You can use any cotton / bamboo baby yarn available in your country. Weight Sport (12wpi), Fingering (14wpi).
