Christmas Bauble Granny Style

This is a pattern for making a crochet cover for a Christmas ball, and the stitch is a granny stripe style. It was so much fun to make them!

You can use all kinds of colors, and using metalic thread makes it even more festive!

Color suggestions:

Christmas colors: white, red, green, yellow, silver or gold metalic.

Delft Blue: white, all different shades of blue, silver metalic.

Pastel: all different pastel shades, silver or gold metalic.

Retro: yellow, orange, brown, beige, green, gold metalic.

Supplies:

Leftover yarn, 100% cotton is best

Metalic yarn

Transparent plastic baubles 2.36 inch / 6 centimeter diameter or high

Crochet hook US E-4 / 3.5 mm

Crochet hook US D-3 / 3.25 or 3.00 mm if you crochet very loose
