Christmas Gingerbread Teddies in cosy jumpers
These teddies can be knitted from any oddments of chunky yarn you might have in your stash. Simple to knit and a great last-minute make to decorate the tree or to give as a pocket-sized present. Suitable for nervous knitters, the pattern uses casting on, knit stitch and casting off. Finished teddies are 15cm tall and can have a loop of yarn sewn to the top to hang them up on the tree.
We used small amounts of West Yorkshire Spinners Chunky Roving Re:Treat in colour Mellow, and Stylecraft Special Chunky in colour Watermelon and Wisteria, but you can use any chunky weight yarn you fancy to make these decorations.
