Crochet this fun Christmas Tree Advent Calendar. A festive project to create the ultimate Christmas countdown, to be used year after year. The tree has 24 pockets, 3 being larger pockets for bonus treats! The finished advent calendar can be stood against a wall, or you can add a hanging loop to be hung up on a wall or door.
This pattern is written using US crochet terms.
The pattern is a large 21 page PDF file (29MB), with extensive photographs to help guide you along. The pattern includes step by step guides for making invisible joins and how to use a slip stitch technique for joining the pieces together.
The finished tree measures approximately 22” tall by 20” at the widest point, with a depth of just over 1”. The smaller, baubles and star, round pockets measure 1.5” in diameter and 1” deep. The larger rectangular present pockets measure 3x1.5” and 1” deep.
