These 4ply baby ballet shoes are knitted in garter stitch with an i-cord ankle tie. They can be worn with the cord wrapped once and tied in a large bow, or wrapped around the ankle and leg then tied like traditional ballet slippers. This style of shoe is also available in 3ply and 8ply.

Pattern sizes: 0 (3-6-9) months.

To fit foot: 7 (8-9-10) cm [2¾ (3¼-3½-4) ins].

Yarn required: 1 (1-1-1) ball Lincraft Lullaby 4ply, 50g balls@185m.

Needles required: A pair of 3.25mm [UK 10, US 3/4] knitting needles. 2 double-pointed 3.25mm [UK 10, US 3/4] knitting needles. Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 27 sts and 54 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over garter st, using 3.25mm needles.
