This sweater is worked back and forth, bottom up, in one piece until the armholes. Then it is divided into back and fronts. After the shoulders are seamed, stitches are picked up around the armholes and short rows are worked to shape the sleeve cap. The sleeve is continued in the round. Stitches are picked up along the edges for the buttonband, then around the neck for the collar.
