Classy Crochet Textured Blanket in Blue

Gauge is 13 stitches to every 4 inches. In order to make the blanket wider or narrower, the blanket it worked in multiples of 3 plus 5. This means my blanket that was started with 131 no-chain double crochet stitches is: 3 X 42 = 126 + 5 = 131. The pattern for the blanket is alternating rows of double crochet and the double crochet v-stitch cluster. Continuing onto the border, which starts with one round of single crochet. This provides a nice foundation to work the rest of the rounds of the crochet border. Rounds two through four uses the white yarn, round 5 uses the grey, and the blue yarn frames the entire afghan as the last round of crochet.
