Beautiful summer tie-neck top, designed originally for my 7 yr old daughter.

Measurements ---------------------- Length from base of strap to bottom of skirt is 35cms approx. Circumference of body is 54cms approx. Motif length including purple neckline is 21cms approx from top point to bottom point. This is a LoopsandLil original design.
