Crochet Diamond Baby Blanket

This pattern for a baby blanket is an easy/beginner level pattern. You will need to be competent in the follow crochet stitches and skills: dc, hdc, sc, ch, sk1, sk2, slst. This pattern is pretty simple with a little counting of stitches needed each row, but it is reasonably intuitive once you get into it. You will need 300g of DK baby yarn (I'd recommend a premium acrylic for a baby blanket), 5mm crochet hook, scissors and tapestry needle. A gauge is included in the pattern. The dimensions of the finished blanket are 31x35 inches.
