This fun reindeer pattern is my own design, when finished he will measure approx 16" tall (standing) or 11" tall (sitting) Please be aware that your reindeer may be different sizes depending on the thickness of yarn you choose. Feel free to experiment with different yarn and hook sizes if you wish :)
The pattern is straight forward I recommend it as an Easy/beginner pattern. The instructions are very detailed and easy to follow if you know the basic stitches and techniques used to make amigurumi . The PDF file includes lots of pictures to help you along. Written using U.S crochet terms.
The pattern is a PDF and you will need Adobe Reader to open it, This is free to download. I will be happy to help you along if you have any questions when making it.
You will need: Approx 175g of Chunky/bulky yarn in the colour of your choice, a very small amount of Red for the nose and a small amount of a third colour for the antlers. I used stylecraft special chunky in camel and cream. 3mm crochet
