A cute little baby bonnet based on my Crooked Paths beret pattern!
Because of the stretchy nature and i-cord ties, this hat will fit most babies between 6-18 months of age. My daughter (pictured is 6+ months and has a 17" head and it has plenty of room to grow.
Pattern is worked flat and seamed up the back.
Pattern is both charted and written.
Skills needed to complete this pattern:
knit, purl, ssk, k2tog, yo, basic seaming, i-cord
This pattern can be worked in any worsted-weight yarn that will give you the suggested gauge (i used some leftover cashmere). A hat for a smaller baby can be worked in lighter weight yarn, if desired.
